What does a wedding planner actually do?
A planner runs what you cannot run while living it: the budget and vendors, ceremony timelines, venue coordination and on-the-day direction. We add the guest layer on top, so one team answers for the whole wedding.

October to March is peak, and popular muhurtham dates concentrate demand into a handful of days.

Do you handle guest accommodation and hotel bookings?
Yes. We work with 20+ partner hotels and venues on room blocks, match the rooming list to live RSVP data, and place welcome hampers in rooms before guests arrive. Outstation and NRI guests get pick-ups and a named hospitality contact.
How far in advance should we book?
Six to twelve months for full planning, and earlier for October to March dates, when venues and hotels fill fastest. Partial support such as guest management or transport works at two to four months. Destination weddings need eight to twelve months.
Can you work alongside a planner or decorator we have already booked?
Yes, often. Families book us for full planning or for one service beside a planner, caterer or décor team they have chosen. We work from their run sheet and share our guest data back, so there is one timeline.
Do you plan destination weddings?
Yes. Bengaluru and Hyderabad are our hubs, and we plan weddings across India and abroad, travelling with our own leads and briefing the local fleet.
Do you arrange vintage cars for the entry?
Yes. Vintage and classic cars are sourced, dressed and staged for the couple's entry and the baraat, timed with the rest of the event.
